Continuing Ed as a Yoga Teacher – Don’t Go it Alone!

I was recently booking a trip to be a yoga student again — my first since the pandemic.

It all seemed so wonderful until I got into the grueling travel research.

Maybe I’m rusty or it’s the prices being unpleasantly higher — after three years of not traveling much — but I just didn’t have it in me to do all the research needed to get to where I wanted to go.

I realized I was going to have an easier time if I didn’t try to do it alone or travel solo, so I reached out to yoga friends!

Suddenly everything seemed way more possible. Between sharing rides, to splitting an AirBnb – it became clear that traveling together vs. solo was the key.

To stay current and inspired, all yoga teachers need to fill their cup. So if you’ve been putting off going on your own yoga retreat, investing in a training, or attending a weekend workshop, put yourself out there and get in touch with your yoga friends.

Don’t be an island, stay current together!
